I found out about a new online program called www.sparkpeople.com ... it is a FREE fitness site that organizes healthy meals, exercise programs, and goals!!! As I learn more about it and become familiar with the program, I will post progress and lessons learned...this week the fitness goals were:
1. Drink at least 8-8oz glasses of water daily
2. Add an additional 15 minutes of exercise into your schedule
3. Tell another person about your goals...keep eachother on track !!!
