Changing it up

I found out about a new online program called ... it is a FREE fitness site that organizes healthy meals, exercise programs, and goals!!! As I learn more about it and become familiar with the program, I will post progress and lessons learned...this week the fitness goals were:

1. Drink at least 8-8oz glasses of water daily
2. Add an additional 15 minutes of exercise into your schedule
3. Tell another person about your goals...keep eachother on track !!!


  1. PLEASE feel free to post any advice, tips, recipes, etc...

  2. Swam with the kids for over 3 hours and made sure NOT to do any sunning or lounging!!! Got exercise while having fun!!
