Hello & Welcome
We are on a Quest 4 Health !!! This is the second week of steps we have taken toward a healthier lifestyle...last week we refrained from fast food, this week we just added extra water to our daily diet. You might call them "baby" steps, but at least we are moving in the right direction !!! Each week a new step is added, we can post comments and help encourage one another! YEAH !!!
